How can I pay for my order?
You can choose between the following options to make the payment of your order:<br /> • Credit cards<br /> • Wire transfer<br /> • Check<br /> • PayPal<br /><br />Once we receive your payment, we begin to process your order. The same will be available to be withdrawn / sent within the first 48 business hours after the payment confirmation.

Do they have a list of prices for wholesalers?
We have different price lists which are applied according to the volume of purchase. Orders must be exclusively wholesale and have a minimum purchase amount of USD $2,000.
How do you know what price list corresponds to me?

We have three lines of glasses and sunglasses. Our brands MAXIMA Eyewear, RAZZI Eyewear and REVLON Eyewear with more than 900 models available. Also, our line OPTI + ACCESSORIES where you can find everything you need to assemble an optician office and workshop with the latest generation of machines.

Our exclusive collections are MAXIMA Eyewear, RAZZI Eyewear, REVLON Eyewear and OPTI + ACCESSORIES.<br /><br />MAXIMA Eyewear, our original collection of high quality and vanguard designs, consists of designs of different materials. It is divided into series according to the line and each eyeglass comes with case and cleaning cloth included and free POP material according to the amount of purchase and availability.<br /><br />RAZZI Eyewear, our collection of middle segments with affordable prices. It consists of designs of different materials and colors. It is divided into series according to the line and each frame comes with included case and free POP material according to the amount of purchase and availability.<br /><br />REVLON Eyewear, we have the distribution license to many Latin America countries. The vision is to provide glamor, excitement and innovation through quality merchandise at affordable prices. Today Revlon products are sold in 175 countries and territories with world name recognition and excellent price creates an ideal collection of glasses for the metropolitan woman of today.<br /><br />OPTI + ACCESSORIES is a line of additional products but of great demand for opticians, has the latest technology in machines, tools, accessories such as chains, cases and cleaning cloths, screws, nose pads, displays, luggage and trays. Also, pre-graduated reading glasses.
What materials are used in glasses?
We use different materials and combinations at the cutting edge and updated in the use of the latest technologies. We can also manufacture on demand with specific materials. Mainly our lines have pieces of Acetate, CP, Stainless Steel, Monel, Titanium, TR-90, Ultem and Wood.
Who makes the designs of the glasses?
We have our own design team. We are constantly working on our designs keeping in tune with the latest fashion and technology. We also travel to all the exhibitions around the world to see trends.
Can I use my brand on the products? What is the minimum order quantity?
Yes, we offer the Private Line service, through this service we offer the possibility that you have an exclusive line of products with your brand and logo to be able to offer the market an exclusive product with your own brand. For this mode the minimum order is 12 pieces per model and color of our inventory for immediate delivery. Another modality would be to make a private line with exclusive designs, in that case the amount would be 300PCS per model in 1, 2 or 3 colors, in materials such as acetate and metal. Injected the minimum would be 900PCS per model in 1, 2 or 3 colors. In this last modality it is important to know that the costs can be adjusted to your available budget as long as we can maintain a quality standard. The Lead time for this Mode is in between 90 and 120 Days depending of the collection details and materials.
Do you offer advertising material to provide with my order?
Yes, we have free advertising material of all our brands available for our Distributors and Opticians that display it in their store. POP material will be delivered free of charge, depending on the purchase volume. In case you need more quantity of advertising material you can check on our web site in the POP series of each brand the different displays and their costs.
What are the shipping terms?
Incoterms EXW Miami. The buyer bears all costs and risks involved in taking goods from the seller’s premises to the desired destination.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.
What is the shipping cost?
Freight and insurance will be covered by the client. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of each order; also, of each destination (Country).<br />We can help you to check different quotations to choose the best one for you.
The prices include taxes?
BK Frames Corporation is a company based in the USA and sends its orders with American invoice. All export operations are exempt from paying taxes. There is no extra cost on the FOB price of the merchandise except in case the customer requests that we deliver the order where you need, there would be a local delivery cost depending on the volume of the order.
The prices include shipping costs?
No, the shipping cost is calculated after entering the online order based on the total volume of your order and the final shipping destination. As a reference, it is usually between 5% and 10% of the total value of the order depending on the volume. Usually our clients make the quote with their own agents or in case they need we can help them.
By which company the shipment is made and how?
The shipment can be made through any carrier you trust and can also be with one of the major shipping companies: UPS, DHL, FedEx or a specialized carrier in air and ocean transport who knows their territory well with the best rates available. If you do not know any, we can help you.
Can I send someone I trust to pick up my order at the Miami offices?
Yes, you can send someone whenever you send us an authorization by e-mail with the person's data, full name and document number.
Can I request that they deliver the order to my forwarder or private mail agent in Miami?
Yes, the delivery service within Miami has cost depending on the volume of your order. There is a minimum of USD $50 per delivery.
Can you send my merchandise to an address in the US other than Miami?
Yes, we will ship it through UPS, FedEx or DHL or the company you wish, with a previous quote of the shipment for its approval and payment.
Can I order by unit?
No, we only ship to wholesalers and opticians, the minimum order amount is USD $2,000.
How can I make my purchase?

What happens after confirming my order?
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the payment. Except in a private line of our stock where we have to print your logo and depending on the quantity of the order it could take up to 5 business days for your shipment. If it were a private line with exclusive models in production directly from the factory, we would inform you the production time according to the order.
What type of sale does BK FRAMES make?
The sales of <strong>BK Frames</strong> are FOB MIAMI, in the same way we assist you to coordinate the shipments. We simplify the documentation so that the processes are very simple.

Service & installation
24 months from date of purchase for main components (not consumables).
The warranty will expire if hard- and/or software is altered, added or deleted without written advice by our technical department in advance. This also applies for all unmodified parts and systems. In case of repair or exchange of parts, the service department will inform you upon the receipt of completely filled-in warranty request form whether the unit shall be returned or not. The changed parts will be immediately invoiced and as soon as we have received the defective parts we will credited to your account. BK FRAMES will not be responsible for technical expenses that are not authorized by our service department.
